Profile Description

I am a Real Estate Appraisal Assistant experienced with MLS(Multiple Listing Service), comparable selection, Alamode Total Appraisal Suite. I'm a PH Licensed Real Estate Appraiser and have worked for Cuervo Appraisers Inc. and my work involved transcribing/typing detailed reports using Microsoft Office Programs such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint. My work involved a lot of doing internet market data research for comparing real estate listings and offerings. I do online ads for the properties I handle which includes but not limited to condominiums, house and lots, buildings, raw lands, farm lands and etc. I do research and due diligence for other properties which are similar to what I am selling in order to be more competent in a very competitive field. I get a lot of inquiries which later on get converted into sales. I am a fast learner and can work with minimal to no supervision. I am open to other opportunities as well and very much willing to expand my horizons and learn new things.
