I'm a former call center agent. I've worked with 2 different companies for 3 years as a customer service representative at first but as time passes and skills added I was then trained to a more difficult position, as a technical support representative. I've been handling international accounts in one of the biggest online retail companies. I'm also cross-trained from 2 different accounts.
I'm willing to be trained in other different fields. I can say that I'm a fast learner. I have good communication skills. I can easily interact with others. In the field of what I've been, I used to manage different kinds of people, dealing with unreasonable moods, changing people's perspectives, and especially handling them with care. Like what our mentors taught us about thinking we are in the customer's shoe and being the person the customer wants us to be. I also learned a lot of aspects when it comes to giving customer satisfaction.
