Manages day-to-day operations and client relations with key focus on Account Management interface & close collaboration on program, initiatives & communication; Collaboration/Internal Interface with multiple Convergys organizations – Account Manager, Recruiting, Training, Ops, Quality, Technology, Legal & Finance; Proactive analysis
of program results for maintenance,
sustainment and results improvement recommendations; Business analysis for value added program recommendations to improve the overall provider and member experience; Execution of the Change Management process and coordination with Finance, Legal, Training, Quality, Global Reporting, ID Team, IT & Convergys Global Analytics Team for program maintenance and implementation; Weekly facilitation of business reviews, change management, issues discussions with each LOB supported; Cross Site/Program Support for shared work and consistency across similar work across multiple sites/geographies; and Company/Client/Program/Leadership strategy communication and consistent messaging to insure alignment across all programs & sites.
