I started my career in the BPO industry as a Customer Service representative for 3 solid years and spent more than a year in Outbound Sales. I can communicate with customers over the phone, email and chat. Have good technical skills and proficient in using MS and Google Office based applications.I am a team player and I make sure all the things are performed in an effective and precise manner.

Additionally, I have experience in Facebook Ads Lead Generation wherein I facilitate Mortgage Brokers to get into additional conversations with clients.
