I worked for a BPO company for many years. But I have been a chat support associate for Comcast Cable for 8 years..The department I worked for is TSR technical support for internet. The job needs you to be focused since you will be chatting with 2 customers at the same time. Make sure you resolve customers internet issues on every single chat . Making sure I use all the tools provided and be able to resolve the issue
at fast as I can without compromising quality of work.
