Profile Description

I have 7 years of experience as an Admin Assistant and General VA. My job consists of creating inventory, technical and financial reports. I am proficient in using Microsoft Applications (Project, Sharepoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint.) I am fond of creating graphics designs for social media posts and ads in Canva. A little bit of experience in utilizing GHL Fitlio and Zapier. Knowledgeable in using different platforms like Asana, Fresha, Trello, Upgrade to see actual info, Slack, Mailchimp and a lot more. Done some invoicing and accounting jobs as well using Upgrade to see actual info, SAP Ariba and Stripe. Experience in database management and providing customer/technical support through data and voice is one of the task I've done during my internship in a telecommunication company. Being organized and keen to details with document kinds of stuff is something I am very good at. I always work with enthusiasm and perseverance. I am capable and very open on doing new things in-line or not on my profession as a computer engineer. Multi-tasking and dealing with pressure is something I always overcome.
