In both roles, my responsibilities included addressing customer concerns through chat, phone, and email. As a Tier 2 Specialist, I focused on more complex issues escalated by the Tier 1 team, requiring sound judgment and efficient case resolution.

Before my time at TaskUs, I worked as a Level 2 Technical Support Representative at Teleperformance Philippines. In this role, I provided technical assistance for issues related to ISPs and networks. My team and I were responsible for resolving user-reported problems to the best of our technical expertise, following established procedures and policies, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation of issues and resolutions for management tracking.

My journey in the BPO industry began with over two years of experience as a Customer Service Specialist across two different call centers. These roles served as my training ground and allowed me to explore various possibilities within the field.

My unique skill set encompasses strong customer service skills and troubleshooting abilities. I take pride in delivering a satisfying customer experience, whether I can resolve an issue directly or escalate it to a higher tier.
