• Providing information about the products and services of the company we represent to different prospects.
Appointment Setter
• Responsible for contacting leads over the telephone to generate appointments.
• Responsible for keeping the records of potential clients.
• Setting qualified appointments for their clients.
• Email clients, both current and prospective, to answer any questions, schedule meetings with a salesperson, or reschedule meetings as needed.
Market Researcher/Interviewer
• Conducts interview to potential clients or proponents about their views on a product, brand or personality.
• Identifies populations who would most likely patronize a personality, buy a product, and gain an understanding on a specific subject
• Collects data and submits it to research managers to find the meaningful elements
