I have worked as a telephone banker for almost six years, during this time I have acquired skills as a Customer Service Representative, Product Resolution Specialist and Senior Service Specialist.
This experience taught me to deal with different types of person over the phone which helps me acquire the ability to communicate effectively and to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and to consistently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Prior to this, I have worked as a document analyst for two years and six months. I have gained knowledge in data entry and proof reading.
I am now seeking for a position that suits my qualification which will further my knowledge and develop my personality as well, may it be related or not to my degree of education and experience.
