Profile Description

I worked as a time keeper for 6 months where I deal with sensitive documents, generally focuses on recording and reporting information on workers labor hours and work rates.
I've done maintaining an accurate track of hours worked for payroll purposes and to also help save on project costs and minimize disputes with employees.
I worked as customer service representative for 4 years. I handle 30+ customer interactions per day, giving detailed, personalized, friendly, and polite service to ensure customer satisfaction.
I was able to train four new agents on how to use tools(billing/troubleshooting) and how to effectively assists customers over the phone.
