For almost 5 years, I’ve worked with the real estate industry. The first 3 years, I worked with accounting for memorial lots. I was given tasks starting from recording, classifying, summarizing, analyzing of accounting transactions and data, reconciling of accounts, preparation of trial balance, working paper and preparation of complete financial statements with schedules and notes. We used in-house accounting system. I was also assigned with basic taxation tasks like computation of taxes to pay and preparing the corresponding tax forms and reports. I was also supervising staff under me. The last 2 years, I worked with accounting for transport terminal and leasing. I was one of the pioneers since it was just starting company.
