In the last six years, I've navigated the intricacies
of customer service. Building
on this foundation, I've spent the past four years as an administrative
assistant. 

I have served as a Program Manager at the Institute of
Men's Health, where I successfully oversaw a program tailored to Erectile
Dysfunction patients, Testosterone Deficiency and PE. In this role, I developed and implemented comprehensive
strategies to support patients throughout their treatment journey. I
coordinated with medical professionals, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of
services.
 
Throughout my career, I have gained valuable
experience in medical and e-commerce field, specifically in the areas of chat support, phone
support, and email support. I have effectively engaged with customers,
addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally.  

My experience in diverse roles, such as virtual
assistance, bookkeeping, e-commerce support, and admin assistant has
equipped me with a broad skill set that encompasses administrative, customer
service, and executive assistant abilities. 

Each role has contributed to my skill set and broadened my
perspective on organizational dynamics. I'm eager to continue embracing new
challenges and learning opportunities that come my way.
