I have no issues with the time difference from my country.I worked for BPO companies since 2010 as customer service representative and appointment setter. In 2012, I started my first home-based job as customer service, admin of a jewelry and apparel company. I also handle emails and purchase orders from suppliers to clients. Furthermore, I have tried some data entries as well.With this, I am looking forward to work with great employers that can help me grow in skills and experience.As a Virtual Assistant- Manage all the tasks given within a day- Provide accurate details and maintain all the files in sequence.- Gain more knowledge and help the company to grow.- Sending a daily report to the client.Customer Service- Assists all the customer for any concern that they have.- Provide the return and refund base on the company policy- Make the customer happy and gain more positive feedback.- Manage all the order using company websites.Order Processing- Process the orders using company websites.- Process manual order by using excel sheet and send it to our supplier- Manual Tracking upload using the tracking number from our supplier- Negotiating the price to our supplier and finding the best supplier with cheaper but quality Upgrade to see actual infoat Support-Used zendesk to manage tickets.-Answer incoming queries on FAQs.-Give ticket number for unsettled or pending concerns.Appointment Setting Agent (BPO)-Call the customers to get clinic appointment.-Qualify them if they are on the right ages and if they have insurance.-Set an appointment date and time.-Callback to remind them of their appointment.Financial Associate Western Union(BPO)- Receive calls from customer that needs to send or receive money.- Get all necessary information like name, address, amount name of receiver etc and process the request to send or receive money.- Educated them about policy.-Check necessary info on CRM for possible fraud and follow company policy.- Help the customer to settle refunds and other disputes. less
