employee. In my previous role as a Sr. Quality Evaluator, I gained 8 years of experience working with US clients. During this time, I honed my skills in time management, recognizing the difference between urgent and important tasks to meet deadlines. Additionally, I developed problem-solving abilities by utilizing root cause analysis techniques such as the 5 whys, and I have a keen eye for observation. I am proficient in using CRM tools like Salesforce and MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Teams. These tools enable me to gather data and analyze the performance of the programs I have handled every week.

of Ticketing systems, Assignments, and priority, Good analytic skills -Problem-solving,
Good communicator, Time management (Managing iUpgrade to see actual info and daily
tasks)-Familiarity with project management applications -Followed KB files

solution. CDAX, Salesforce, and Office 365.
