Profile Description

I have been in the BPO industry for more than 8 years.
I have been a Customer Service Representative, a Technical Representative, a Chat Support Agent, a Sales Agent, a Quality Analyst and an assistant Team Leader in my entire stay. I have an experience with coaching agents and making sure we are meeting the client and the business need.
I graduated with a Broadcasting degree with a passion in journalism and creative writing. I used to write poems, feature and short stories, get to compete with other colleges during University week way back college years. I tried to continue writing up to this date despite it being not a priority.
I am willing to be trained and learn more if needed be for I believe that despite of what we have and what we have achieved in life, learning is a work in progress. We learn different things everyday.
I am a person of good-moral and goal-oriented. I want a long-term, stable job and I am willing to help you build and grow your business.
