I am currently working as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant and Client Care Specialist in Real Estate Industry. I conduct kvCore Daily Review which includes responding to anything that needs to be responded to, checking on setting up and modifying search alerts, market reports and campaigns; reporting lead activity to agents. I also monitor the following:

I create  squeeze pages and post on Facebook Business Page and in Google My Business Page; Creating and scheduling one email newsletter with featured listing and event per month; Creating & publishing one blog post on kvCore per month. Creating weekly Content Calendar to post on with different Content Pillar such as Educational, Community Building, Helping, Entertaining, and Selling.

Manage clients Facebook Business Page, Google My Business Page and Email Management, Business Operations (able to use Slack, Upgrade to see actual info, zoom, Upgrade to see actual info, Google Suite, Google Apps, including Google Voice, Drive, Google Sheets, Google Forms)

Recruitment task: Job posting, screening, interview schedule, and end-to-end recruitment process including job contract, payroll & benefits, orientation, and On-Boarding Process and Training. Maintains HR records for current and newly hired employees. 

Administrative/Procurement task: Provide Administrative support in managing office stocks and inventory, communicating with the suppliers, negotiating the best deal for the company, purchasing equipment and supplies, maintaining accurate records f purchases, managing lists, ensuring deliverables are on track, managing written and phone calls communications, manage meeting schedules, taking down notes, organizing company records and its confidentiality.

Social Media and Marketing task: Manage in doing calling cards, flyers, brochures, letterheads, and logo design. Posting new content, reaching out to followers, engaging with new people, responding to comments and messages, and managing social media reviews (bad reviews to address concerns adequately).Data Entry and other tasks: I have a typing speed of 50wpm, can do internet research, collect data, do basic accounting, and do photo-video editing.
