Profile Description
1. Handles both Australian and US accounts.
2. Performs accounting functions, e.g. bank reconciliation, accounts receivables and accounts payables monitoring, payroll processing, bookkeeping functions, financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss and Cash Flow) and supporting schedules preparation as well as assistance during audit of clients.
3. Reconciles PAYG and GST accounts and prepares financial statements and BAS reconciliation for lodgement with the Australian Taxation Office.
4. Identifies gaps, develops recommendations, management initiatives and solutions in order to help management assess client service experience and improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Performs other tasks assigned by supervisor and/or management. Supervisors and above rely on work output with minimal review. Provide status update without the need for follow-ups and reminders.
