Profile Description

I am a professional customer service representative with over 8 years of experience in handling multinational clients. My unique professional experience stems from years of providing excellent customer support, creative problem solving and building customer loyalty.
I also used to work in a government institution where I got my knowledge about procurement process, writing minutes and final reports, coordinating with eligible suppliers/bidders, scheduling meetings, preparing contracts, researching, and the like.
I am also a Computer Engineering graduate so I am knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Indesign, familiar with Wordpress, A+ Content, Canva, Lightroom and basic network troubleshooting.
I'm also a sucker of Arts. I tend to somehow incorporate my love for Arts and Design to whatever I am working on. Whenever I have free time, I also shoot photos of my clothes and sell them online. I am also starting to learn more about Affiliate Marketing, how it works and how you can earn from it.
More so than anything else, regardless of the said skills, it is important for me that I give my absolute best, every time.
