Profile Description

           I've worked for different industries as an Administrative role for more than 10 years specifically in BPO, Banking operations, Insurance claims. I have a good prioritizing skill specifically with projects with tight deadlines.
          My exposure to the BPO industry as a Customer Service Representative (Contract Analyst) honed me to be a multitasker without sacrificing the quality of my work. I also worked as a Training Administrator honed me to be the best scheduler and appointment setter between Trainers and Team Leaders/Emerging Leaders in specific accounts (AU/NZ/PH based accounts).
           I enjoy learning new skills and ideas which I believed are my best traits in any role that I will be. I'm also keen to details and I'm highly organized. I'm a self-starter and exceptionally versatile and analytic. I observed a strong work of ethics. I'm versed with Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, MS Office (word, excel, power point), a bit of Facebook & Instagram Marketing.
