I've been working remotely for US and Canadian employers since 2019, and honestly, the thing I'm most proud of is that every role I've taken on has grown well beyond the original job description — not because I was asked to, but because I genuinely like figuring out how things work and making them run better.
My background is a mix of executive support and e-commerce operations. On the EA side, I've managed calendars, handled vendor communications, recruited and onboarded contractors, and been the person the CEO calls when something needs to get done without a lot of hand-holding. On the e-commerce side, I know Shopify and Amazon Seller Central well — product listings, inventory, order processing, supplier coordination, the whole pipeline.
I've also spent a good amount of time in HubSpot and 17hats, keeping CRM data clean and making sure nothing slips through the cracks on the client communication side.
A few things I'm good at that don't always show up on a resume: I write well, I ask the right questions before diving into something, and I'm very comfortable working async across time zones. I don't need a lot of check-ins to stay on track.
If you're looking for someone who can jump in, figure things out, and take real ownership of their work — I'd love to connect.
What I can help with:
