Phone Support
-Review quality report card of CSR from the calls they scored themselves on and review it with them after you listen to it.
-Weekly review to see how many calls we missed, how many went to VM’s,
-Daily review to make sure all texts and
Binding new policies and CXWRs
Requotes
-Weekly spot check a few requotes in renewal stage to make sure they are in right stage as far as over or under 20% increase.
-For the finished quotes check for accuracy before you call the client to review -Daily check to make sure clients are not sitting over 48 hours in a stage without the quote being presented to them-Spot check a few a week on requotes to make sure they are accurate
Policy Change/Service
-Spot check policy changes to make sure they are done correctly informing CSR of any errors committed-Daily check to make sure all policy changes are being completed and are not sitting in a stage over a day.
-Check their
Reports-Daily check to make sure no client has been in pending cancel for more than 48 hours without being called. -Call any client that is in pending cancel or has been canceled that we have not been able to connect with.
-Processing of quotes for Auto, Home and Umbrella via EZlynx
-Requotes for accounts that renewal premiums increased more than 20%
-Cancel re-writes
-Service request (Insureds, Mortgage Companies, Lien holders)
-Inbound calls
-Cancellations
