For the last 2 years I worked as a Call Center Agent at TeleTech Novaliches. We are handling the account "Verizon FiOS". My first role was a Technical Support representative. I was trained to assist our Customers fixing issues with their Telephone, Cable TV , Internet and even Email concerns.
And I also worked as a Customer Service Representative with Verizon. Where in we are helping Customers resolving issues with their accounts such as Billing adjustments, Customer Retention and processing new installation for Verizon services in different states.
