JR is a qualified finance, accounting, audit, and anti-fraud professional, who has
worked with multinational and large companies with diverse organizational
structures, such as Bayer, AIG, GSK, National Water Company, and stc. He has over 30 years of leading teams spanning financial management, corporate strategy and planning, accounting, budgeting and forecasting, financial analysis and reporting, costing and pricing management, audit & compliance, as well as
implementation of ERP Systems. His holistic knowledge of different operations
and financial processes built from different industries creates a positive
uniqueness in his methodology in approaching difficult situations. He has
collaborated with the Big Four either in advisory services or audit engagements.
 
He has received numerous accolades for many successful projects he has led in his career in Saudi Arabia, notably as the Best Project Manager in National Water Company for leading several successful investment projects that generated stable revenue for the company. Similarly, his substantial contribution to GlaxoSmithKline has earned him the Gold Award, and VP & Country GM Award for the exemplary work he has done to improve the processes in Financial Planning and Analysis, demand-supply forecasting, and the implementation of an ERP and Business Intelligence Tool.
 
As a board-level executive, he is continually finding ways to improve the reporting system within the organization to keep the Executive Management and Board Executive Committee well-informed of the financial health situation of the company. In his presentations, he always discusses the results of operations, presents operational and financial challenges, reports risks and offers solutions on how to mitigate them, offers new strategic opportunities for growth, and engages members to deliberate on the subject matter, then take it into the next level to incorporate the result in next quarterly forecast, annual, and 5-year financial projection.
