Customer Support Specialist with over 3 years experience in non-voice, email, and technical support. Resourceful and tech-savvy, I am well-versed in the e-commerce, dropshipping, and BPO sectors. I am also knowledgeable in Zendesk lifecycle management. My background in Information Technology and understanding of web logic allows me to deliver efficient, high-quality, text-based solutions that maximize customer satisfaction.I have been an Email Support Representative for multiple companies now. I have mainly worked on accounts who use Zendesk. The accounts I have worked with dealt mainly with Technical support, but I have experience in dealing with vendors, and customers, as a middle man for an e-commerce company.

I am highly motivated, and am willing to figure things out on the fly. I'm currently looking for a company, I can work for long-term, and who I can help grow.
