I've been working in the call centre industry for quite some time now. I always make sure to be a front liner for the clients business by making sure to resolve customers concern at the first contact. Aside from that, I always make sure to put myself on the customer shoes and ask the correct probing question. I'm very passionate about assisting the customer and making sure that I would able to make a remarkable experience on them. Show immediate action and solutions, not blame. And I always believe that sometimes things get messed up, but apologies, which absolutely matter, means nothing if they aren't followed by action. Well done is better than well said.
