I have worked as Customer Service and Technical support level 1 for almost two years handled trouble shoot for mobile, ipads, wireless broadband and even dongle Upgrade to see actual infon resolve issues like no network Upgrade to see actual infonnot send and receive sms and phone calls and even mobile internet connection. I also have background in billing. Explaining uses charges and all the like. Im very proficient in resolving related issues using all the resources that i have. I also have experience in Outbound Sales. My recent experience is an Inbound consultant for a telecommunication in US. Creating an application for a new customer who wants to start up an account. Place an order for new and existing customer who wants to get mobile plans and services that suits their needs. I am an internet research addict Upgrade to see actual infoing all the resources that i know. A mobile app tester as well specially for ios.
