I have over 10 years of BPO experience.
I started as a US Directory Assistance Operator in 2008. This was an inbound account where I handled calls from clients who needed contact numbers/ details of business establishments and residential homes in North America. After almost a year, I got assigned to a food account as an inbound customer service representative and an order taker for a large pizza chain in the US. Then, in the same employer, I became part of a data project and have been a top notch content collection specialists for a UK directory assistance provider (Upgrade to see actual info) in 2009. My work here involved web research and data entry. Basically, we searched for an updated contact details, including addresses, of several residential homes and businesses in the UK from valid websites. After information was collected, we were calling the contact numbers to further verify and validate the accuracy of the data we gathered. Then, cured and clean data will be uploaded in the database.I earned excellence certificates from this project for consistently doing a great job in terms of Upgrade to see actual info 2013, when the data project was finished, I've chosen another career path with a different employer. This time, the job is related to banking operations.I became one of the processing executives in a back office department for credit card on-boarding.My role then was Initial Reviewer and Data Capturer of credit card applications for HSBC Philippines. My job was more on KYC-related or Know Your Customer (as Initial Reviewer) and inputter of customer information to bank's account opening system (as Data Capturer).After a few years of continues dedication and hardwork, I was recognized and became a consistent top performer in our department. Then I got promoted as an Assistant Manager for Operations last April 2018. As an AMO, I am in-charge with Inventory Management of credit card plastics and marketing flyers/inserts being used for credit card embossing and personalization. I handle ordering, up to delivery, of additional stocks from different suppliers, to ensure a good level of inventory.On top of these tasks, I am also in-charge of the MI's or Management Information for our department. This involves building of different Excel-based reports.Given my background, I believe I am capable of handling different VA tasks with just minimal training and supervision.
