As WFM Real Time Analyst:
- Acts as 1st level of escalation of Intraday Analysts in terms of misses in Service Level or
challenges with Operations in executing real time action plans.- Functions as 1st level of escalation in terms of reporting inquiries or troubleshooting of reports.
- Provides input to WFM team in terms of conceptualizing intraday reports that drive efficiency to
the team and also help in Operations performance.
- Provide training and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to other WFUpgrade to see actual infombers especially
new members on WFM tools and function as go-to person when there are inquiries arise from
RTAs and Operations.


As OMD/Real time analyst/Report Analyst:
- Work closely with the WFM team in supporting, handling and managing existing reports.
- Conduct data audit, fact checking and/or validation of the quality and integrity of the data.
- Offer compliance, escalations, operational and supplier audits, data analytics and complex
activity administration.


As an MIS executive, I am responsible for planning the strategy, head count and scheduling of
the agents while maintaining the balance and meeting the service level agreement with the
client
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team & Client.
- Design reporting formats to provide accurate information in a clear and concise manner.
- Expected to publish accurate daily/weekly/monthly reports in a pre-defined format and
