I am an expert with 7 years experience in utilizing different GDS such as Sabre, Amadeus and Worldspan from creating, pricing and ticketing reservations. I am also knowledgeable about hotel and car bookings.As a team leader of subject matter expert agents, my main task was reviewing debit memo reports, file disputes and perform necessary coaching.
