Clerical Assistant // Personal Assistant // Graphic Designer

I worked as office / clerical staff in a manufacturing company for 6 years. I've done tasks like personal assistant of the division manager. I'm preparing and making reports (daily,monthly yearly) of production and send it to the concerned person. I'm also assisting employees for their needs like leave approval, overtime and coordinates with admin to process it. I'm also in charge in preparing manpower request and do the initial interview for applicants. I'm also responsible for the inventory of items and office equipment. Responsible in filling and documentation. I worked as the general staff in production department.

I have experienced as an office associate in a BPO company for 1 year. I've done tasks like processing orders, purchasing orders in Amazon and eBay. This task was given by the clients.

I have experienced as a graphic designer for 6 years up to present in a BPO company. My task was given by the clients based in Korea. I'm editing the images using pen tool, removing or changing background, enhancing images, and making detail page that will be  posted in e commerce sites. I'm also doing the marketing tasks which I'm sending emails to the lists of clients that was given to Upgrade to see actual infomunicating with clients and keep the good work relationship with them.
