In my ten years of work experience in Business Process Outsourcing industry, I have developed my skills thru training and work experiences. I have worked for 7 years in Citibank Australia (Direct Hire) as a Collections officer and Senior Sales and Marketing Specialist for credit cards. I was doing Inbound and Outbound calls to customers to showcase the products that we are offering. We do brainstorming as well together with other Senior specialist for the best marketing strategy on how we can improve the sales and bring more profit to the company. For some its quite challenging because credit cards talks about money and I believe that my advantage with other applicants is being equipped with the knowledge and skills thru the training that I've took plus the work experience that i have gained during my tenure with the company and its applicable to any type of products and services. Customer service skill is a must with those jobs that I had and I can surely apply those skills and attitude to the projects that will be assigned to me. I also worked for Capital One UK as collections officer ( UK account), Apple US (Macintosh) as technical support officer and dish network (cable provider company in US) as technical support officer/customer service representative. I can converse and write articles fluently using English Upgrade to see actual infon work with minimal supervision and under time pressure. A skilled computer literate and efficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Pivot, Adobe Photoshop and can navigate different browsers to do my researches effectively.
