I worked as a customer service representative and appointment scheduler. I answered and listened to inquiries regarding all aspects of the United Health Care business, which includes medical plan coverage, health services, and even claims and payments/billing for their monthly premiums.
Scheduling an appointment with their physicians or doctors, providers, and pharmacies will ensure that the member's specific concern about their health is
addressed at the appointed time.
I managed to help resolve multiple issues in the approval and authorization of claims, check the durable medical equipment (DME), and hospital procedures under their plan coverage.
I also assisted in the education of new members and the re-education of existing members regarding health plan procedures.
Tracked appropriate documents, utilizing online systems and procedures, in accordance with all applicable guidelines and requirements.

I also worked as an ESL teacher online. I handled students, at all levels from Korea and China. I also worked as a preschool teacher. I also work as an oral communication teacher in one of the private schools  and I handled senior high school and first- and second-year college courses in BS criminology. 
As a tour executive for a year, in the administration of Arabian Tourism Connection LLC in Dubai City, UAE, I honed my ability to manage and arrange travel plans, accommodations, and hotel reservations; bookings added extras for individuals and groups traveling throughout Dubai.
