Profile Description

I worked in BPO industry for 16 years with different accounts and task that was given to me. Performed the role as a customer service rep, quality analyst
and inbound sales rep with the first call center in the Philippines,"Cyber City Teleservices Ltd. also know as IQor now a days and almost 4 years in Ausphil Outsourcing Solution was absorb by Cloudstaff as an outbound telemarketer. I worked for Beepo for 3 months as an appointment setter and data miner at the same time because we are the looking for our leads to call ,however the owner of Beepo decided to transfer outbound outsourcing to Australia and because of that I was endorsed with their big Client  "Wyndham" one of the largest hospitality group in the world which is one of the biggest opportunity for me. Wyndham decided to be independent they are separate entity right now as an In House Company in the Philippines. I am currently working with Wyndham for 2 years as a marketing specialist, we are selling accommodation packages at a very low price, we qualify them first before sending them to the sites and if they are qualified we ask them to attend a 90 minutes presentation which is all about timeshare which is a part of the terms and condition in exchange to the big discount that they have for their accommodation.
