Profile Description

Hi, my name is Upgrade to see actual info, and I'm a person with disability. I have spent my career mostly on office-type work like programming and customer support due to my health reason. During the pandemic days, I underwent training for virtual assistance, and took virtual assistant works such as customer support and data entry. I'm very passionate to learn and handle different tasks, and I'm a fast learner and willing to learn new skills and experience different kind of challenges in a new environment. I'm a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, I have a basic learning and training with web development.

For an overview of my work experiences, I have worked as a web developer (HTML, PHP, JavaScript) for a medical website (project-based) for at least a year, and I have dedicated my technical talents and worked in a BPO industry as a technical support for gaming account and web hosting accounts for a total of 2 years.

I have a passion for gaming, which demonstrates my qualities as a determined, persevering, and adaptable person. I am also a fast learner and can work with less supervision.
