Profile Description

I have been working as Customer service Specialist and Team Mentor at AT&T and T-Mobile for almost 8 years now including my experiences for working at home with some clients as there customer support team lead. And during that time I've develop impeccable phone manners and an ability to politely deal with disgruntled customers. I am accustomed to working on multiple task simultaneously, and can offer ideas to help your company goals and objectives.
Duties at my previous company inlcuded taking escalated calls, supervisor calls request, manager calls request, answering email tickets, Social media inquiry.
My experience at AT&T & T-Mobile has helped me improve my leadership skills, hone my organizational skills, and has provided me with extensive knowledge of how to provide excellent customer service experience. I was able to resolve issues at a 90% rate and able to familiarize with company products, services, and policies.
