I am currently working at HSBC Electronic Data Processing Philippines Inc.since April 16, 2018 to Present as a Customer Service Representative and Sales. My job is to be part of  a High Performing Sales Team that promotes the products and services HSBC offers to new and existing customer. My job is to handle inbound and outbound queue; assist customers, build relationship and respond to enquiries on account or operational matter. I also handles customer support; which is a combination of customer service, sales, technical support. I also worked for Capital One Philippines Support Services Corp.’s (COPSSC’s) Sept 19, 2017 to Dec 31, 2018 as a Fraud Supervisor. I also worked for Convergys Phiiippines INC as a sales representative professionalfor an account called SPRINT, which is one the leading source of telecommunication in the United States of America. I started working here since May 15, 2014.While I was studying in the university, I also hold a part time job as an english online tutor to japanese and korean students in eigoru english online school. I believe that taking on a part-time job while pursuing a degree is hard work, but the benefits are typically greater than the amount of a paycheck. I have helped my parents in so me ways, and also I get extra income because of it at the same time I have met a lot of people around the world.
