• Monitoring of Employees Leave Credits
and approved leave applications
• Prepare and drafting employee’s contracts and job offers.
• Keep all credentials and other important documents of my boss.
• Assessing applicants and doing the visa applications, renewals, terminations, cancellations for expats & GOSI application for Bahraini employees, termination etc.
• Liaise with our agent for some government clearances processing & other related matter
• Prepare and ensure accurate computation for Employee’s Indemnity, Leave Salary & Airfare payable.
• Prepare & ensure Monthly salary for Employees
• Monitoring of Employees Leave Credits
and approved leave applications
Bookkeeping / Accounting
• Ensure the preparation of Monthly Payroll for both Cebu & Davao Employees.
• Preparation of supporting schedules and documents as requested by external auditor
• Books of Accounts – Cash Disbursements Journal, Cash Receipts Journal,
• Budgeting & Forecasting of Cash Inflows & Outflows of the company
• Preparing and compiling monthly financial statements, expenditure analysis, and a budget control to ensure transparency of the company’s account.
• Prepare formal letter needed for the banks & other related accounts matter.
• And other related accounting functions
• Issue check for payables
