I am working as a Project Management Officer/ Project Control Services Analyst in Accenture.
I am proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Project, etc). My main task as a PCS analyst is to provide end to end support to our Leads to win Clients against competitors and to have as many contracts signed to provide professional services. End to end process; is generating a pricing model for our Leads to present it to client. Once Client is won and a contract has been signed, I will help the Leads to track all tasks and financial standing of the contract. Provide monthly reports to Leads so that they will have an overview of the movements of the contract. With this, I am an expert in tools such as MMS (Manage My Sales), MMP (Manage My Price), and MME (Manage My Engagement), DSM (Internal Invoice Generator), and a lot more tools that are required by Client for me to use and manage. I have a lot of Side Tasks as a PCS analyst, as I go beyond my Job Description and I am also happy to provide assistance and support to those in need.
I've also triedworking as an Operations and Administrative Assistant for a Multi-Level Company namely Sante International Inc. The Company has Regional and International Offices. I was handling one of the Regional Offices which is the Visayas Regional Office. While keeping the operations in the office organized, I was also the one handling the reports (Sales, Inventory, etc.). Having the main office of the company in Manila, I, working in the regional office needs to send reports everyday regarding sales and customer-related concerns. Monthly, the Board of Directors from the company visits the office, it'll be my job to book their plane tickets, hotels, meetings, and meeting venues. Also, I help in Advertising through social media; the Orientations and Presentations of our customers/distributors, in order for them to meet prospects and both of us can generate revenue. Customer service, report handling, administrative work, operations, and basic advertising was the services I rendered to Sante International for 1 year and 6 months.
I've also experienced to be an Administrative Assistant for Alsons/AWS Information System, Inc. for 6 months.
I was once a Project Controller in Accenture with a health-focused account from Singapore for 6 months.
I've also tried to be a Customer Service Agent for Azpired, though it was just a seasonal account and my job was only for 1 month, I was thankful for the experience.
With all the jobs I had, it molded me. I am now excellent with administrative works and now computer expert.
I'm looking for a new job to widen my knowledge and experience, I am willing to learn a lot more. I will give my all to meet the standards and to adapt the job as soon as possible. I can work independently. I want to help your company as I want to help my family.
