Profile Description

Currently working as a part time Virtual Assistant, specializing in lead generation and outbound email out reach. Also worked as Senior Team Leader in one of the Top BPO company in the country. I handle both Front Office and Back Office. My main task is to monitor the team's performance and ensure to meet nor exceeds client targets. I am knowledgeable in Operational Excellence which helps most of the business analyze data and provide recommendations to mitigate risk in the business. i Also works hand in hand with our foreign client for process improvements and ensures to provide deliverables accurately and timely.
