I am proficient in using various MS Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as an array of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms such as Zendesk, Salesforce, Amazon Connect, NVM, Slack, Zopim, Teleopti, Smartsheet, and Gsuite. Furthermore, I possess expertise in utilizing accounting software, including SAP, Quickbooks, ACCPAC, and Navision.
