I handle daily operations for an Amazon FBA storefront. My tasks consist of:
- Monitoring Inventory and forecasting stocks supply- Creating FBA shipments and monitoring shipment status- Coordinating with suppliers/manufacturers for purchase orders, invoices and quality control of ordered products and amazon compliance requirements - Monitoring daily FBA and Website Sales ( # of units sold and revenue)- Creating case logs, MCF orders, removal orders, and monitoring disposed units - Create reports and monitor important Amazon metrics (Account Health, Conversion Rate, IPI, VOTC, Returns & Refunds etc)- Creating Deals & Coupons - Requesting Reimbursements for Lost/Damaged units - Managing/Creating A+ Contents and Amazon Storefront - Product Backend and Flat File creation- Listing reinstatement and creating appeals- Monitoring Amazon Advertising Campaign metrics and performance
