I’ve worked in the call center industry for 7 years with one of the biggest companies in the US. I have handled Chat, ;Email and Phone support in providing quality and beyond-the-mile customer service. I was rated as Top Agent and promoted to one of the Customer Service Coaches of the company. I provided information about products and services, take orders, respond to customer complaints, and process returns.
My first professional experience was a Real Estate agent for quiet sometime and I gained significant customer service skills and selling techniques for me to be efficient in my role.
