Profile Description

I have 13 years of working experience in the BPO and KPO industries.  I've handled accounts like Inbound Customer Service, Outbound Sales, Lead Generation, and non-voice/back office accounts. During my CSR days, I received recognition awards every now and then for achieving the metrics required. But the greatest achievement I am most proud of is when customers are happy with my service. 

After my last BPO employment, I dUpgrade to see actual info to work at home, I joined a team of appointment setters for various Insurance agents. Under the same employer, at times I would also be asked to help in the Recruitment Account, where I call possible candidates for the job postings. 

I have strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills. I am a customer focus and have the ability to adapt to different personality types. My work experience in the BPO and KPO industries, helped me hone my interpersonal skills, administrative skills, customer service skills, and organizational skills.
