Profile Description

I've been working in a BPO as a Customer Representative for 6 years now. I handled hotel reservation account where in I need to answer inquiries and provided information/details that the customer needed. I've been a sales representative to a telecommunication account. I handled sales for residential account for internet, cable, home phone and mobile phones. I need to make sure that I find what's the customer needs and provided the best package suits to them. I also handled healthcare account. My job is to provide their prescription benefits, checked if the medication would be covered under the plan or not.

During pandemic, I worked as a cold caller for auto insurance in bundled with their home system. I make outbound calls to offer auto insurances and offer to bundle with home security system.

As I practice my experience, I d ---------- to apply as a medical virtual assistant. Recently, I worked as insurance verifier in a dental facility. I'll fill up forms for verification and call policies for benefits and eligibility.

I also undergone trainings for Social Media Manager, being expert with Canva, posting for social media.
