During my 4th year, I was promoted to Project Manager of the same company. I have also worked as a Customer Service Staff for one and a half years, catering to customers' concerns via phone, email, and face-to-face. I had freelance jobs with production companies and made projects for Nestle, ETC, and One Mega Group along the way. My first job after I graduated from college was being a Writer and Researcher at a government-based office.
Given my previous job experience, I have the skills I need to be a Virtual Assistant. I am Microsoft Office and Google Drive savvy. I have administrative and human resource management skills, which I acquired when I worked as a Project Manager in my former job. I also have excellent typing skills (60-80 wpm), which may come in handy. I have done a few transcribing jobs before, as well, wherein I transcribed interviews about Forex Trading. Given my Customer Service experience, I know proper call and email etiquette, including face-to-face interactions, whenever necessary.
I am organized and I'm good at coordinating and managing tasks. I also have basic knowledge in photo and layout editing using Photoshop. I also know basic video editing using iMovie. I have strong attention to detail because I have previous experience in doing quality checks. I can make presentations and reports given proper materials.
I am open to having a long-term, stable job but short-term projects are very much appreciated as well. I would be more than grateful to be able to contribute to your business/ company's success.
