I've been working in the dental industry since 2017. I started working as a customer representative for Cigna Dental. I am very much aware of the usual rules or guidelines US insurances have. In addition, I also have experience working as one of the staff in a dental office based in California. I was their Insurance Coordinator. I was the one who calculates patients' responsibility for their visits and I would prepare treatment plans for them. Having experience on both sides, the insurance side and the dental office side makes me a great candidate for the job.
