I've been part of the telecommunication front line and back of house industry. Been doing customer service for more than 9 years.
Currently doing sales and account management for the customer handling end to end concern. I also know how to work with excel pretty well. I can work with less supervision and would want a long-term stable job where I can build my skills more.
