I have managed our highly profitable family business, the International Business Journals from the mid 80's to the late 90's, with all communications from sales/marketing to administrative /operations passing through me of where most of the content are composed and approved.This was until I decided to start up a small casual dining restaurant, the Sunny Dad's Cafe, on 2004 with the whole setup started and guided by my management. This is still very well attended by loyal clients until the present. Since I've developed it to operate on it's own with the on-site management of my wife for guidance, I decided to go into sales on the years 2006 to 2012 with the country's best real estate developer and with the premier sales force, the Ayala Land Premier Sales or now known as Ayala Land Sales Inc.. I had a short stint in sales with another huge real estate developer in 2014 the DMCI. I use Microsoft Office as my tools in my work (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher). I will work self directed and troubleshoot as guided by you. I wish to have a long term, and a very stable job where I can help you to the best of my abilities to build your business.

Being with Ayala Land Premier real estate sales makes us or rather forces us to learn all marketing skills to look for potential customers. So we learned the skills of marketing using avenues such as flyering, saturations, manning booths and sites, creating webpages for adverstisements (dmciprimeproperties.blogspot.com/lorryreyes.blogspot.com), hotline mannings, etc.. When the right prospects arrive we also had to to our own presentation, on site visits, breaking them down to what their requirements are, presenting payment options to closing.
