Passionate about creating actions for Customer Service Excellence, Web Services; Project Management, Virtual Assistance to any type of business that needs efficient time management and people skills, meeting tight deadlines, and many other remote types of work.

My 16 years of industry experience have focused on developing individual skills and team behavior to maintain strategic metrics and drive customer-centric results. Achieving and demonstrating strong thought leadership and analytical capabilities that create effective solutions and mitigate risks. Creating Action Items to support the business success of my clients has been my major journey all throughout.
In addition, Managing different types of CRMs and ECommerce platforms or any other websites dealing with various suppliers (B2B/B2C) worldwide, logistics, and communicating with all stakeholders involved have been my major expertise while comfortably working with a team in the comfort of our own space.
Also, I love to spend 30 minutes to 1 hour discussing with other peers around the globe how we can make virtual working more efficient and motivational for the remote working community.
