Hello! My name is Upgrade to see actual info and I would love to work with you! I am a dedicated person and love to work with integrity and honesty. Though I am new at this position, I believed in myself 100% and also there are certain qualities that make me good at this.

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology specialized in multi-media from University of the Immaculate Conception. I studied a freelancing course at Filipino Virtual Assistance just to have a little understanding of what is freelancing.

My past professional experience as a Customer Service Supervisor has allowed me to enhance my skills regarding helping understand performance targets and goals to my co-employee. Coordinating job rotation, training and providing daily, weekly and monthly reports and activity updates about the store to upper management.

I am very skilled in data entry and excel works. I am very much excited about our succession together as I am always punctual and serious about work.
